It is with heavy and broken hearts that we announce that our son, Ellis Kian Grassi, passed away on November 13, 2022 at the age of 26.

Ellis was a beloved and cherished son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend to many.  He was a talented musician who loved all types of music, especially jazz.  He was an avid reader and lifelong student of philosophy, history, art, politics and loved all forms of intellectual debate. He left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.  His personality exceeds the limits of what words can express. 

Left to cherish his memory and to miss him more than we could ever imagine are his parents, Michael and Jasmine, and his siblings, Darius and Emma, along with his maternal and paternal grandparents, great aunts, great uncles, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
